Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Pharmacy Coordinator to support clinical trial operations across affiliated FOMAT sites. This role helps ensure investigational products, study supplies, and research documentation are managed accurately and in compliance with protocol requirements.
As a Pharmacy Coordinator, you will support pharmacy related trial activities, including drug accountability, inventory, and study records. You will work closely with site teams to help maintain quality, compliance, and smooth study execution.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense, manage, and document investigational products, ensuring compliance with protocols and pharmacy regulations.
- Monitor study supplies and manage inventory, including investigational products and lab kits.
- Conduct and manage all clinical trial activities by establishing research protocols and standards in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician with an active license in good standing in the state of California. (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant in California (Will be considered).
- 1-2 years experience working in the healthcare field.
- Must have experience drawing up injections.
- IV Compounding experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance in clinical research (Ideal)
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols (Ideal)
- Strong knowledge and experience in GCP, clinical research, data collection, and clinical trials (Ideal)
- Experience in clinical trial management and documentation review (Ideal)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
