> FOMAT (formerly FOMAT Medical Research) is an Embedded Research Organization (ERO) headquartered in Oxnard, California, with a growing presence across the United States. FOMAT conducts Phase I, II, and III clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas, with a mission focused on diversifying access to clinical research and bringing healthcare innovations to underrepresented populations.

## What is FOMAT

FOMAT is built around the Embedded Research Organization model, integrating clinical research directly into existing healthcare settings — such as physician practices, clinics, and health systems — rather than operating as a standalone research facility. FOMAT places dedicated research teams at the point of care, where patients are already receiving treatment, improving recruitment, reducing barriers to participation, and delivering consistent trial execution for sponsors and CROs across the United States.
