A Research Experience Designed Around You

At FOMAT, we believe clinical research should feel like part of your regular healthcare, not something separate. As an embedded research organization, we work alongside providers like CSVS to create research opportunities that are local, accessible, and focused on you

Bringing Research Directly Into Your Community Clinic

We bring clinical research into trusted community clinics, making it easier to participate without leaving your regular healthcare setting.

At CSVS, you don’t have to travel far, change doctors, or feel out of place. Our partnership ensures that every study is accessible, respectful of your time, your language, and your care preferences.

Our Role at CSVS

FOMAT helps CSVS integrate clinical research into its existing medical services. Together, we offer studies that are aligned with the real needs of the community. Our bilingual teams are here to guide patients through every step of the process, from understanding eligibility to answering questions along the way.

Our team will walk you through every step of the process and answer any questions before you make a decision

No. Our goal is to support your care, not replace it. You can continue seeing your primary provider during and after the study.

If you’re not eligible now, we can keep you informed about future studies that may be a better fit.
